How Inverter Compressor works

The compressor of the inverter sets the value of the system to be controlled by the user and then directly applies the pressure value of the converter frequency through the pressure sensor and through the inverter engine control system. The pressure sensor of the pressure system is tested and converted to 4-20 mA, which is counter-combined with the fore-rest signal to reach the controller. PID operation and inverter working pressure values are calculated together and set in the system. The controlled pressure value is applied to the inverter efficiency, which changes the switching speed of the main motor to provide the correct amount of air produced and the exact amount required by the factory. The purpose of reducing changed air and energy consumption is reached.

Inverter Frequency Conversion Drive: Reducing Energy Consumption
